About our Presentation

In today’s workplace about the only thing we know for certain is that things will change. New technology, social media, unlimited access to information, market shifts, and the influx of Millennials as peers and customers have created an environment where learning to effectively manage change and the opportunities associated with change will determine the success or failure of our business.

Now more than ever HR Professionals and those in Leadership roles get to adapt to the realities of Change and how they impact the New Normal. In this highly engaging and interactive session, participants will learn to clearly identify the “Four Levels of Readiness” associated with change to help them decide how best to serve their internal and external customers. Once this level of readiness has been determined, participants will engage in a brief but impactful experiential process designed to illustrate how to manage themselves, their customers and peers through the “Four Dynamics of Change” with clarity and purpose.

All participants will be introduced and encouraged to create a clear goals- “SMART”-specific, measurable, action oriented, realistic, and time-bound- to adapt to the changes in the industry. By creating accountability around their goals, participants are better equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and tools to compete in the New Normal.

The modern HR Professional has been thrust into the foreground of upcoming changes and is now the key interpreter that enables their organizations to understand and use that new knowledge to their advantage in a rapidly changing marketplace. Learning to welcome those changes as opportunities rather than threats can make this session extremely valuable to participants as they grow along with their businesses in the New Normal.
