Professional Biography of Jessica Hammond, MA, HR Director, kCura

After earning a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Jessica Hammond, MA could have taken the common consulting route, but she has always been fascinated with what makes companies achieve greatness. What makes them rise to excellence--and what doesn’t. She knew that she wanted to become deeply ingrained in these cultures and to help companies focus not just on sustainability and profitability, but on the kind of greatness that can inform true growth and change and sustain over time. Change and innovation comes from people. Are a company’s people doing it just for the paycheck--or are they taking true ownership in the larger goals of the organization and for the longer term success?

Jessica Hammond is not SHRM certified.
