From Wednesday to Saturday, 5 PM–8 PM, our elevated urban hideaway transforms into a sparkling oasis overlooking Melbourne’s skyline, perfect for after-work drinks, pre-dinner catch-ups, or golden-hour celebrations.

The Chandon Summer Rooftop experience is a limited-time pop-up featuring premium Chandon pours, bespoke cocktails, curated bar snacks and summery lounge spaces designed for relaxed Melbourne evenings. Whether you're winding down after exploring the city, connecting with friends, or simply chasing a moment of indulgence, this rooftop activation brings the flavour, energy, and vibrancy of summer to life.

Sip your way through Chandon’s Brut, Rosé and Garden Spritz, along with limited-edition cocktails like the Lemon-Peach Sparkler and Elderflower Fizz. Our rooftop menu brings the flavour too. Think prawn cocktails, grazing boards, soft-shell crab sliders, crispy pork belly, spicy wings, pumpkin arancini and classic snacks to keep the night rolling.
