Course Objective: To enable learners to respond positively to the pressures and demands people face and how to make a difference in their lives.
Introduction: Anxiety and depression is gripping people’s lives, and is a growing concern, for both adults and young people. With more than one in ten often feeling too anxious to leave the house and over half worried about everyday situations. The factors contributing to anxiety can range from troubled childhood’s, bullying and low resilience. Alongside mental health concerns that are preventing individuals from looking after their health, wellbeing and succeeding within their futures.
