Is this class suitable for beginners?

Yes! Absolutely, this class is suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced!

What do I need to bring?

A yoga mat, a cosy blanket, a small pillow, some water and it a travel mug filled with your favourite hot drink, comfy clothing and a warm layer! You can also bring your eye mask, favourite essential oils ect. But not essential.
