About this event

We'll present the findings of a brand new research project led by Anna-Lisa Wesley and Nick Sturge with investors, chairs and founders, which looked into the role of chairs in early stage tech businesses.

We'll explore the emerging themes including; when and why to invite a chairperson into your business, the most desirable skills of brilliant chairpeople, common mistakes and how to create a bigger, bolder and more diverse pool of chairs

Anna-Lisa will present the findings of the research and with Nick, will facilitate a conversation with the group that brings out the points of view of the founders, chairs and investors interviewed.
