Are you among the vast number of people who experience everyday stress? Do you yearn to dissolve some of this stress and tune into your vitality and power? These classes combine gentle yoga asanas (poses) and therapeutic movements to alleviate tension and bring mind & body energy into harmonious flow. In these chair-based sessions, participants will learn accessible techniques that can be engaged at home, work or on the road to enhance well-being.

This group will be facilitated by therapist, Robert Bingham. Robert is committed to creating a welcoming, judgment-free zone where clients can show up exactly as they are. He helps clients build on their social, psychological, and spiritual resources to understand and move past barriers of stress, depression, anxiety and trauma. In addition to being a therapist, Robert is a registered movement therapist who can integrate mindfulness into therapy sessions to support personal insight and healing.
