You might have heard that the overall success rate for first-time entrepreneurs is only 12% -- Do you want to become one of those lucky guys who created successful businesses?
CHAIN is hosting our first ever Startup Success Boot Camp to help you build a winning business. It is a series of workshops intended to help Chinese entrepreneurs in silicon valley -- such as yourself -- to learn the nuts and bolts of starting a business venture and understand the challenges and risks in the startup process. No fluff, only practical information you can apply right away.
The first workshop is focused on funding and finance. Our coach, Portia Ku, is a partner at O'Melveny & Myers LLP with many years of experience in cross-border transactions and IPOs in China, Taiwan and the US.
Portia will introduce the various ways to fund your startup and provide details about the pros and cons of each approach, the financing needs during different stages of your business, as well as where to get help.
