Tim Long, Controller at Mark III Construction

Tim started his career as an auditor with KPMG in Sacramento. He moved into the construction industry in 2012 when he joined Teichert’s financial accounting team. He has been the controller at Mark III construction since September 2015.
Outside of work, Tim’s four kids keep him busy as well as responsibilities with his church.

Jim Lyons, Supply Chain Manager at Mark III Construction

Jim Lyons is the Supply Chain Manager at Mark III Construction, Inc., and is responsible for overseeing the procurement, logistics, fleet and prefabrication activities for the company.
Jim has been in the construction industry for over 50 years with a primary focus on electrical construction. Project involvement has included private, public and federal office buildings, retail/mixed-used buildings, resorts, educational campuses, health care facilities, manufacturing and processing plants,
airports, space launch complex, power transmission lines, solar farm installations and multi-building data center campuses.
As part of his supply chain responsibilities, Jim has established several major supplier agreements for multi-trade equipment purchases, long-term direct purchase agreements with manufacturers, negotiation of several sub-contract agreements with specific language and terms, as well as working with both project owners and suppliers on claims settlements. Jim also continues to develop and maintain close personal vendor and manufacturer relationships focused on product standardization, and reduced material and transactional costs.
Other responsibilities include continual involvement with the development and implementation of departmental and company-wide processes, policies and procedures that will allow for the sustainable future growth of Mark III.

Jared Burdick, Mechanical Division Manager at Mark III Construction

As the Mechanical Division Manager, Jared has attained a wide range of HVAC, Hydronic Piping and Plumbing experience in his 20+ years. He has managed over $350 million in mechanical and plumbing contracts ranging in complexity and scope. Jared’s experience with Lean Manufacturing assures Mark III Construction’s ability to provide its customers a quality project that meets or exceeds budgets and schedules. Mark III’s Design/Build capabilities combined with a fully functional Prefabrication facility and expert CAD designers provides them maximum efficiency for all aspects of construction.

Justin Pieraldi, Commercial Area Sales Manager at Ferguson Enterprises

Justin began his career in 1994 as a part time truck driver with Cal Steam Supply out of San Francisco, CA, while he was concurrently enrolled as a part time student at San Francisco State University studying Business Administration and Marketing. While driving truck and juggling school, Justin was offered a full-time position as a Warehouse Associate with the intent to enter Inside Sales, which justified a break from school to dive into this role full time from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2004 he worked as an Outside Sales Associate in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento.

From 2004 to 2007 Justin was Branch Manager for the Sacramento location of Cal Steam Supply. In 2007 he entered into a short partnership to open a presence in Northern California for Columbia Specialty Company. In 2009 he returned to Cal Steam to assume the role as Regional Branch Manager. In 2015 he accepted an offer into his current role as Commercial Sales Manager for
Ferguson Enterprises Northern California.
