Sue Weiler-Doke

Sue Weiler-Doke graudated in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting from College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska, before starting her career with the Kiewit Companies, an international construction company. Sue began work as a field Business Manager in Central Oregon with Kiewit’s Northwest District out of Vancouver, WA. Sue worked in the field until being promoted to District Business Manager with the Northern California District located in Concord, CA. In 1996 Sue was promoted to Division Business Manager. Sue retired from Kiewit in 2016 from her position as Business Director for Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. Sue
found an opportunity with the Associated General Contractors of California and worked as the Director of Industrial Relations for Northern California from August 2016 to August 2017. She completed her Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University in April 2017. She also
holds a certificate and an advanced certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University Hayward.
Sue has been a member of the Board of Directors for College of Saint Mary since 2012. She is a member of the Budget and Finance subcommittee. Managed assets vary from an operating budget of over $20m annually to a total asset valuation of over $70m.

Sue was an active member and Co-Chair of the Joint Apprenticeship Committee for the Operating Engineers Local 3 in Northern California from 1993-2017. This committee handles the Operators Training and Apprenticeship programs. Sue was also a member of the Budget and Finance subcommittee. Managed assets
vary from an operating budget of +/- $14m annually to a total asset valuation of nearly $20m.

Sue was an active member of the Board of Directors for the Northern California United Brotherhood of Laborers Training Trust from 2000-2017. This trust operates the Laborers Training and Apprenticeship programs. Sue was a member of the Budget and Finance subcommittee. Managed assets vary from an operating budget of +/-$9m annually to a total asset valuation of $15m. She was also a member of the Apprenticeship subcommittee.

Sue was an active member of the Board of Directors for the Northern California Teamsters Apprentice Training and Education Trust Fund from 2016-2017. This trust operates the Teamsters training program.

Sue has been a certified Gallup Strengths coach since 2016, a member of Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE) since 2015, and a committee member of the International Foundation for Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP) Apprenticeship Training and Education Committee since 2016.
