This meetup focuses on the Power of Co-creation. There will be speakers from different professional backgrounds who are working in either product innovation or content creation space. The panel will discuss ‘Impact of co-creation on design, production and customer interaction with brands’.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS AND PANEL
Matthew Drinkwater (speaker)
Matthew works at the crossroads of Fashion, Retail and Technology to head up LCF’s Fashion Innovation Agency. Matthew delivered the world’s first digital skirt for Nokia, wireless charging clothing for Microsoft and what Forbes described as ‘the first example of truly beautiful wearable tech’ for Disney and was named in the 100 most influential in the world of Wearable Technology. He is currently working on global concepts in wearables, fashion technology and IoT.
Ben Alun-Jones (speaker)
Ben is the founder of Unmade, a pioneering digital manufacturing startup, exploiting digital knitting machines full potential. Unmade is focused on bringing design and manufacture closer together and putting the customer at the heart of this process. With experience in working across many traditional fields from industrial, product and interaction design to engineering and software design, Ben's work questions our relationship with the things around us and frequently uses his technical expertise to create new means of expression, challenge perceptions or create new ways of seeing. Unmade was selected by Forbes as part of the inaugural 30 Under 30 list of the top young leaders, creative inventors and brash entrepreneurs in 2016.
Alfredo Orobio (speaker)
Alfredo is the CEO & co-founder of AWAYTOMARS.COM a disruptive online platform that brings a new format for connections within the fashion industry: a disruptive model, giving to people total control over the value chain, building a fair and strong relationship. It is a collaborative platform to promote design-thinking, co-creation, crowd-funding and profit-sharing. Awaytomars is currently supported on the CFE FashTech Pioneer program.
Francesca Danzi (speaker)
Francesca is the former global director of retail & customer experience at Burberry and currently runs her own consulting firm under Danzi Consulting. She helps organisations embrace digital change and develop omni-channel strategies that drive loyalty and growth. A specialist in Retail and Customer Experience, with 16 years in top luxury brands and agile marketing and communications agencies, she was one of the leaders of the Burberry transformation into a digital, millennial, luxury brand, leading multi-functional teams in a variety of customer-centric co-ceation projects across all channels and regions.
Lynne Murray (Panel chair)
Lynne is incharge of setting new vision for digital thinking at London College of Fashion through founding of the Digital Anthropology Lab. From exploring futures in digital to bringing industry to research across emerging technologies including wearables, IoT, AR/ VR and smart materials, Lynne focuses on building a new collaborative way of working across public and private sector to enable true, genuine and useful advances in digital creative technologies for fashion and the creative industries.
Rachel Arthur (Panel member)
Rachel is an award-winning business journalist and digital marketing specialist. She focuses predominantly on the fashion industry for titles including Forbes, The New York Times, Wired, The Daily Telegraph, The Business of Fashion and more, while also editing her own tech-focused news site at FashionandMash.com. She is an expert in digital marketing and content strategy, an advisor on technology partnerships and the in-store experience, and constantly seeking a balance between the new and the next with helping retailers drive consumer engagement in order to enable higher conversions.
