Description

The field, the court, and the arena are the proving grounds of sport-specific athletes. Training is an athlete's vessel to game-day performance, and an athlete will never rise to the occasion—he or she will fall to the level of training.

The CFC Athlete Camp is designed to equip athletes with the tools necessary to train for performance in specific sports. We use multi-plane compound movements to stimulate the demands placed on the athlete during the sport. Most field sports are a game of seconds and inches. We know the demands placed on players during the game and distances they will have to travel. With this in mind we can replicate the stress and situations a player will face on the field. By combining high intensity movements with a comprehensive strength and speed program, the result is a training program that is unparalleled in the industry.

The CFC Athlete Camp is designed to work for all players regardless of age or experience. The loads, distances, times, intensity and programming can be scaled, and the program has been designed to meet the needs of athletes at all levels of training advancement.

Every athlete needs to be strong in mind, heart and body. They need to be fast and explosive. They need to be able to perform when they are tired and exhausted. This applies to NFL players, Olympic athletes as it applies to Pop Warner and 40-year old athlete competing in the garage.

Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. there will be an informal, optional training session and barbeque for all camp participants. This is an opportunity to train with the CFC coaches and athletes, make some friends and finish off the night with some burgers and a Q&A session. We will provide the burgers and sides, and expect that you will provide some good questions for our panel of coaches and athletes.
