The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training class is a two-day hands-on learning experience that provides a full immersion into Agile and the Scrum Framework from the Scrum Master's point of view.

The class is presented in a highly interactive and collaborative format with elements of lectures, group discussions, exercises, games, simulations, and real life examples throughout the training.

Angel’s contribution has been specially noticeable in ING, King, Banco de Chile, Falabella, Toyota, Sunhotels and PZU group success cases.

Certification

Upon completion of the class, students will be eligible to take the Certified ScrumMaster exam and become Certified ScrumMasters (CSM).
