Certified Scrum Professional-ScrumMaster (CSP-PO)

The Certified Scrum Professional- ScrumMaster (CSP-PO) Course is a 2-day virtual training from 9:00AM - 5:00PM with breaks throughout. Webcam will be required throughout the course in order to qualify for Scrum Alliance certification.

Certified Scrum Professional-Product Owner (CSP-PO) picks up where Advanced Certified Product Owner (A-CSPO) left off and takes your ScrumMaster skills to the next level. The CSP-PO Training emphasis is on a deeper dive into Lean Thinking, Visual Facilitation techniques, remote teams, and more as we examine the relationship of the ScrumMaster to the product owner, the team and the organization. The focus is on preparing leaders, decision makers, middle management and Project Managers to understand, lead, champion, guide, sponsor, and become a change agent for Scrum and Agile within your organization.

At the end of the 2-day of the CSP-PO training, participants will have gained an in-depth understanding of establishing and managing efficient teams while focusing on value added product development by leveraging the Agile principles and values. The workshop will cover all the learning objectives laid out by Scrum Alliance, including responsibilities of all roles, artifacts and the meetings, and the knowledge necessary to take the certification exam from Scrum Alliance.

CSP-PO certification is a progressive step towards jump starting your Agile career and becoming an Agile change champion within your team and organization. Prerequisites

• Hold an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) certification with the Scrum Alliance.
• Attend a certified CSP-PO educational offering to gain advanced Agile facilitation and coaching skills and learn progressive techniques in service to the Product Owner and the Development Team.
• Successfully complete all educator-designed components of an approved educational offering. This may include pre- or post- course work as deemed necessary by your approved educator to complete the learning objectives.
• You will be asked to accept the CSP-PO License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile.
• Validate at least 24 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master (from within the past five years).

Though there is prior certificates, educational background, or work experience required to attend this training in order to get certified. However, in preparation of this training we strongly suggest you do the following

Preparation - IMPORTANT!

A few days before class starts, you should receive 2 emails reminders about the class along with details of the Zoom session. It is important that you do the following before the training

• Make sure your webcam (REQUIRED) is in in working order
• Microphone (REQUIRED) is in working order.
• You will need both your webcam and microphone for the duration of the class.
