Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Excella’s Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) course is a two-day, interactive learning experience that focuses on the role of the product owner.

What You’ll Learn

This course starts with an overview of the Agile and Scrum frameworks. From there, the curriculum includes:

  • Understanding the role of the Product Owner
  • Understanding customers and users
  • Testing product assumptions
  • Working with the Product Backlog

Certification

Upon completion of the course, students will be credentialed as Certified Scrum Product Owners. This course also allows students to claim 14 Project Management Institute (PMI)® Professional Development Units (PDUs).*

What’s Included

The cost of registration includes exam and certification fees, and a two-year membership to the Scrum Alliance. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks will be provided on both days of class.

Location

The class will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Arlington Tech eXchange at 2300 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 610, Arlington, Virginia 22201. Validated parking will be available.

Who Should Attend

The class is great for current Scrum Product Owners, business analysts, ScrumMasters, testers, or anyone involved with creating requirements, gathering needs, and managing products.
