Description

Course Details

The Product Owner owns the product backlog and is directly responsible for how the product is delivered. However, the responsibility of the Product Owner is much broader than simply owning the product backlog and writing user stories.

This highly interactive training provides an introduction to the principles and practices of Agile/Scrum from the perspective of the Product Owner. You will learn how to create a narrative around your product, from the product vision to a prepared product backlog, so that your stakeholders can understand and influence the product delivered to your customers, and the development team can focus on early delivery of working product increments. You will create each artifact in full, and learn how to emerge agile requirements in a form needed to iteratively and incrementally deliver valuable products your customers need.

Upon successful completion of the 2-day course, you will receive your Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) designation from the Scrum Alliance.
