Whether you are at the working-level or leadership, for either a Business focus, or an IT focus CCLBA® is unique as it uses the lenses of MIND, HEART & SOUL to help organize, teach, practice and grow as a coach, mentor, modern manager, facilitator and leader. No matter how long you have been coaching, or how new you are to coaching, or if you now aspire to that role, then this course will improve your awareness, abilities, confidence and marketability as a Coach.
This course applies to varying degrees, across all aspects of Lean, Agile, Product & DevOps, (LAPD) thinking, and it can greatly help those in traditional project mgt, especially if you are using lean-agile techniques to improve or moving fully to a lean-agile way of working. In our context, the high-level acronym of LAPD includes all of the obvious such as Scrum, Extreme Programming [XP], Kanban, Scrumban, Scrum-of-Scrums, LeSS, PMI-DA, SAFe, Nexus, Crystal, DSDM, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.Org, IC-Agile, etc. And for "Knowledge Work", people & companies that work well in a distributed fashion have great advantages. While we value the face-to-face classroom experience, that is sometimes too limiting in today's world, so we offer this in a remote/ on-line option as well.
The focus is on VALUE DELIVERY – One way to expand upon that is: "early and often to market, with the right quality, minimal waste, collaboratively among all the smart Business and IT folks and based upon quick learning cycles" - Who wouldn’t want all that ?! Also, this course can greatly help those who are currently applying traditional project management techniques, including if you are moving toward LAPD approaches.

This course is agnostic in terms of tools and frameworks; we at Omni3systems believe that there are many good tools and frameworks/approaches/methods to use, and what we teach in terms of Coaching is meant to apply in most any LAPD environment/scenario. Many people who are now finding themselves doing a coaching role, either in-part, or as their new main job title, did not “grow-up” in an environment of coaching and working in highly empowered and self-organizing, cross-functional teams.
