Cert of Preference Search - Request for Proposals Presubmittal Meeting

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) seeks a consultant (“Contractor”) to locate, and provide current contact information of, individuals who were displaced from their residences several decades ago by actions of the former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (“Displaced Persons”) and who may be income-eligible for a preference in affordable housing in San Francisco. The requested information will update a 2009-2010 survey that identified the status of the Displaced Persons.
