Early stage startups must get many things right...few things more important than their top-line revenue strategy.

Sales Assembly's CEO Sales Roundtables provide a unique opportunity for founders/executives from early stage technology and SaaS companies to collaborate and learn from one another, as it pertains to driving sales and building sustainable revenue. The programs are professionally facilitated, and always focus on a specific topic or theme related to sales & revenue. Program format:

  • 7:30am-7:45am: Arrival and connecting
  • 7:45am-8:45am: Topic presentation + discussion
  • 8:45am-9:30am: Participant Deep Dives on revenue related challenges/opportunities

All program participants are non-competing tech companies and at relatively similar stages in their company's lifecycle, which creates a forum for collaborative and impactful discussions.



September's program will feature a discussion led by Jim Mattei, Senior Sales Consultant with Sandler Training. The topic is "3 Critical Sales Habits to Form Early" and will focus specifically on 1) Forming Common Processes, 2) Managing Behaviors vs. Results, and 3) Creating Muscle Memory.
