Event description

Description

People want two things when they work with others: 1) feel safe and 2) appreciated. Many businesses struggle with creating and providing a healthy culture, not because they don’t want to, rather because they don’t know how to.

Jodi Hildebrandt will guide you through this interactive presentation on understanding and solving workplace drama before it erodes your organizational culture.

An exclusive event for CEOs to discuss current topics in their Leadership role.

co-chaired by Johnny Hanna (Homie) & Frank Maylett (Rizepoint).

Only UTC member CEOs are invited to attend.

Jodi Hildebrandt, LCP, MS, Educational Psychology

Jodi’s style is compassionate yet direct and clear, of what is necessary to fully change, and champion any addictive or self-destructive behavior, whether it be ravenous addictions, feelings of worthlessnessor inadequacy, conflicts in relationships, intimacy problems, communication breakdowns, and frankly any block that prevents having and creating peace and joy. She has counseled thousands of individuals and families of all ages and situations with her unique style of educating about the power of choice and the need for impeccable honesty, rigorous responsibility, and vulnerable humility the which have empowered souls to heal and grow.

Jodi received her undergraduate education from Brigham Young University and her graduate work at the University of Utah in Educational Psychology. She began her clinical work at the Cirque Lodge where she spent 5 years as the program director as Cirque Lodge was becoming a nationally, and now internationally, known treatment facility for drug and alcohol addictions.

Following her time at Cirque, Jodi designed and wrote the curriculum for ConneXions 101, Parenting, and Experts classes to help treat those lost and stranded in the darkness of distortion–which addictions, fear, sadness, and all other self-destructive behaviors derive from. She currently teaches several classes a week. As for materials, Jodi wrote 20 workbooks and created 16 DVD’s supporting the ConneXions Curriculum. Over 100 free podcasts have been produced in 2 years and there have been over 600,000 downloads in 23 different countries simply by word of mouth. With the creation of ConneXionsClassroom.com the facilitation of knowledge has never been easier for people to self-educate about these core Truths.

She has lectured at numerous functions and conferences, including: ward and stake firesides, BYU Women’s Conference twice, and countless other workshops. She is now working with business owners and their corporations to spread connection throughout the business sector. ConneXions is now becoming the “framework” for a growing number of company cultures.

Overall, Jodi Hildebrandt is proven highly qualified for any position in helping our generation and the generations to come depose of distortion’s ugly lies in order to live in Truth, connection, and freedom.
