You will learn how to hire and retain "A" Players, make better decisions, and grow your company faster

The workshop will feature:

Nationally-known HR expert and author Hunter Lott talking about how to hire "A" players. As Hunter puts it, "HR should be strategic. It's about being a destination employer." Learn how you can make your company a destination employer.

CEO coach Craig James on optimizing decision-making. Craig will use a real issue from one bold attendee to facilitate an interactive session which will demonstrate how bringing together perspectives, experiences and ideas from your peers enables you to make better decisions.

And Marketing expert Louis Gudema will introduce a three-phase program that you can use to accelerate your sales growth. You'll learn about the specific tactics that can produce new sales in the fastest, least expensive, and most cost-effective way possible. (Spoiler Alert: Social media isn't high on the list.)

The workshop will be from 8-10AM on Tuesday, October 24, in Waltham. Whatever stage your company is in, you'll get valuable insights and take away actionable tips you can implement right away.
