Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) – Study Guide III Material Review

April 2 | 8:15-4 ET | 8 CPE / 8 CPIM Credits (Pending Approval) and April 23 | 8:15-4 ET | 8 CPE / 8 CPIM Credits (Pending Approval)

The Central Ohio AGA is pleased to offer a review of the material covered in the CGFM Study Guide III.

*Please note – The CGFM Study Guide III review class will take place over two separate days (April 2, 2019 and April 23, 2019). This is to allow sufficient time to thoroughly cover the material.  The registration covers both days of class. You only need to register one time. 

This session is also designed for all financial management professionals who are interested in learning more about the governmental environment at the federal, state and local level. The material covered in the review includes the Exam III content, topics, and subtopics.

Date: Tuesday, April 2, 2019 and Tuesday April 23, 2019.

Time: Registration 7:45 a.m. / Training 8:15 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Location:       Ohio Department of Natural Resources Complex (Building E, room E-1)

                        2045 Morse Road, Columbus 43229

                        A driver’s license or state ID is required.

Accreditation: 16 CPE / 16 CPIM (Pending Approval)

Cost: $40 members / $125 non-members – which includes a study guide ($85 value), lunch and 16 hours of CPE/ 16 CPIM credit.

Prerequisite: None

Advance Preparation: None

Field of Study: Specialized Knowledge

Course is limited to first 30 registrants.

Please Note: Registration deadline is Noon, Friday, March 22, 2019. Please register early because seats are limited. If registered in Eventbrite, you will receive a confirmation email from Central Ohio AGA. Member discount is subject to membership verification.

AGA serves government accountability professionals by providing quality education, fostering professional development and certification, and supporting standards and research to advance government accountability.

 

Another exciting year for the Central Ohio AGA is underway.   Our Chapter Executive Committee (CEC) is hard at work planning for the upcoming months.  Central Ohio AGA is lucky to have such dedicated volunteers who continue to improve our program year after year. 

 

Please remember we are always looking for new faces and ideas - consider volunteering throughout the year by participating in a sub-committee or accepting a future CEC role.  This is your opportunity to have a voice in our educational and program events as well as promote the accounting profession.  Feel free to contact a CEC member to express your interest in volunteering during the upcoming year.
