Central Florida Society for Neuroscience - Music and the Brain

The Central Florida Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience presents Music and the Brain; an event constructed to bridge the gap between entertainment and science.
We will feature performances and lectures by world-renowned violinist Dr. Ayako Yonetani and award-winning stem cell researcher and neuroscientist Dr. Kiminobu Sugaya. Enjoy live classical music interspersed by presentations on how music affects the brain.
Comprehensive tours of the new UCF College of Medicine at the Lake Nona Medical City will be held during the event.
Hors d'oeuvre and refreshments will be provided.
