Central Florida Regional Planning Model (CFRPM) Training
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 5 has recently completed making improvements to the Central Florida Regional Planning Model (CFRPM). CFRPM Version 6.1 will soon be released and it contains many enhancements and expanded capabilities to support travel forecasting throughout the District. Improvements include:
Time of Day Model Availability;
Better Utilization of Graphical User Interface;
Creation of a Sub-area Analysis Process;
Updated MPO Report Generation Capabilities;
Provision to Use Dummy/Unused Zone Centroids;
Inclusion of all of Polk County into CFRPM; and
Additional enhancements and changes.
The training will cover many of the enhancements and expanded capabilities of CFRPM 6.1. The training is focused on sharing information and providing instructor led examples. No computer is required as hands on interaction will not occur.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This training is intended for engineers and planners with a working knowledge of the CFRPM. Previous knowledge of CUBE and CFRPM applications is desired but not a requirement.
December 14, 2016 from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 1:30 to 4:30. The same content will be presented at both sessions for convenience - you can choose which session fits your schedule.

Please register for the training by December 7, 2016. Registration is free and open to all agencies but workshop availability is limited. So be sure to register early! Late registrations will be accepted if participation limits have not been met.
