Hello Golfers!

Central Florida Health Care is proudly celebrating 46 years in the Polk, Highlands, and Hardee communities
with 14 clinics offering medical, dental, pediatric, and OB/GYN along with pharmacy, lab and X-ray
services.

Last year, we saw more than 42,000 patients culminating in more than 134,000 visits, a 21% increase from
2016. The need is great and your support of the CFHC Golf Tournament allows us to continue to serve
our patients. We are so thankful to our family and friends who have supported this endeavor and who
consistently join us every October to play golf, eat, laugh and of course, raise the needed funds to care for
our most vulnerable. Our success can only be measured by the phenomenal generosity of our friends and
donors, especially those who made last year’s golf tournament a huge success.

This year’s golf tournament will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018. We are excited to announce a new
location ~ The Country Club of Winter Haven. It is an award-winning course with a stellar club house and
course amenities. The 4-person scramble will begin with a continental breakfast at 8:00 a.m. and tee-off at
9:00 a.m., sharp. The course will include popular contests such as closest to the pin, longest drive and a “holein-
one,” along with tents offering an assortment of snacks and beverages.

After golf, enjoy a late lunch with an awards ceremony and raffle prizes. We look forward to another amazing
day, complete with great golf, awesome food, good fellowship, and an impressive gift package. Don’t miss out
