DAY-OF-EVENT DETAILS FOR THOSE REGISTERED (NO WALK-INS)

• Address - 3801 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209

• Event Location - Valero Great Hall in the Museum
• Cocktail Hour begins at 7pm followed by Dinner at 8pm
• At check-in you will receive an envelope which will contain a table number (if assigned one), meal selection, drink ticket and raffle tickets. Place your meal selection on your place immediately upon arrival to help expedite dinner service
• Dress code is cocktail attire, but you can dress as fancy as you wish
• You can purchase extra drinks tickets. BRING CASH because there is no ATM at the museum. Drink prices are as follows:

1. Imported Beer - $5.00
2. Domestic Beer - $4.00
3. House Red or White Wine - $6.00
4. House Brand Liquors - $8.00

• We are foregoing selling extra raffle tickets for the door prizes. Instead everyone will receive an additional ticket at check-in
