Learn about the many different sources of census data that can be useful in grant writing including American Community Survey (ACS) and American FactFinder at the Hudson Library & Historical Society on Wednesday, April 11 at 10 a.m. Tim Sarko, Data Dissemination Specialist for the U.S. Census Bureau will lead the program. This program is part of the Winter/Spring 2018 Entrepreneurship Series is sponsored by the Burton D. Morgan Foundation.

The ACS and American FactFinder are powerful tools based upon by the U.S. Census Bureau data collected during the decennial enumeration as well as interval surveys. The data provide demographic information and may be used to illustrate community needs assessments based upon the statistics gathered. The course will include a demonstration of the ACS and American Factfinder.
