Cena a Sei Mani: A Dinner with Felipe Riccio, Filippo Cammarata and Adam Garcia Exploring the Influences of Travel and Friendship

Cocktail reception followed by 6 courses

Wine pairings by David Keck, Master Sommelier & Goodnight Hospitality Partner.

Many chefs stage—or intern—in restaurants around the world to gain experience and learn from renowned chefs. Felipe Riccio, Chef/Partner at Goodnight Hospitality, spent two years staging in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe, including Osteria Francescana—the No. 1 restaurant in the world. While he was there, he met fellow stage Filippo Cammarata, an Italian-born chef following a similar path—traveling and learning in preparation to open a restaurant. . “We instantly clicked,” said Felipe, “and he was such an important part of my experience in Italy.”

Filippo will open Bolle Ristorante in 2019. Bolle, which means to boil, depicts a continuous movement, an active fermentation, a perpetual change. “Bolle Ristorante will be our ‘pot,’” said Filippo, “a place where I light a flame that aims to become ever brighter and warmer.”

Filippo will join Felipe and Adam Garcia, Chef de Cuisine for Goodnight Hospitality’s casual European restaurant Rosie Cannonball, for a dinner on January 4 exploring the influences of travel and friendship.

Following the success of Felipe’s experience cooking and learning in Europe, the Goodnight Hospitality team sent Adam on the road to gain knowledge and experience from restaurants in Portugal, Italy and Napa Valley. He spent two weeks at each restaurant and is bringing back invaluable insight and ideas to execute at Rosie Cannonball.

Cena a Sei Mani will provide Houstonians a glimpse into the experiences of these three chefs—travelers, students, creators and (soon) chefs helming their own kitchens.

Will this dinner be a preview of March or Rosie Cannonball? This dinner is inspired by travel and friendship—so not exactly—but the influences and memories from those travels will be integral to the menus of both restaurants.
