There is no better way to cement your intentions for 2014 than with Active Meditation!
Designed to release the stress and tension of everyday life, Active Meditation is a series of guided meditation phases of active (and fun!) releases before a short period of silent meditation. Participants will experience a great release and leave the meditation feeling re-energized, relaxed and centered.
Anyone can do active meditation!

Linda Ryan is a trained facilitator and leader of many forms of meditation, including active meditation. She is a charismatic Life Coach with a counseling emphasis who guides her clients by merging classic techniques with the latest approaches in coaching.
Linda is the founder of Balance Seekers - a model for compassionately attending to the practical and emotional needs of caregivers, as well as women on the journey to motherhood. Her approach heals issues around self-identity and purpose. Over the last 15 years, Linda has brought Balance Seekers to caregivers and families in London, New York, and California. She leads groups, workshops, weekend retreats and does individual coaching.
