This open event (registration from 1730) is taking place during the Second Arts of Management Symposium at Cass Business School on 17th/18th April. This builds on the community developed from the First Symposum in New York City last November, and the theme in London is "The arts of resilience for leadership and management."

Neil Mullarkey is an outstanding and engaging presenter who while still performing weekly at the Comedy Store has also developed a reputation for his consulting, writing and lecturing skills on crucial management themes. His most recent business book (2017) was "Seven Steps to Improve Your People Skills" and Neil has been a visiting lecturer at Cass Business School for some 20 years.
The Technology and Innovation Group in the Faculty of Management of Cass Business School, City, University of London has a long track record in teaching and research innovation and excellence.
