Event description

Description

Sometimes we fall so that we can wake up with a deeper awareness of joy, love and gratitude. October 6th will mark four years since I experienced such a fall and woke up to the gift of my life. The sounds, the smells, the sights of the forest – it all brought healing to my broken bones and my broken spirit. Four years later, I am honored to share the practice of Forest Bathing with others. This intentional walk in nature allows us to slow down, to listen, and to deepen into ourselves and the Web of Life we are a part of.

Please join me for a three-hour meditative walk at Crane Creek Regional Park in the Sonoma Mountains on Saturday, October 6th. During this time, you will be guided in slowing down so that you can explore the outer landscapes of this forest as well as the inner landscapes of yourself. Throughout this slow walk, there will be a combination of solo time as well as group sharing and integration.

We will meet at the picnic tables near the parking lot at 9:45 so that everyone can fill out some quick paperwork. There is a $7 parking fee or you can use your Sonoma County Regional Park parking pass if you have one. Space is limited, so advanced registration is suggested so that you can secure your spot! (see Eventbrite link below)

Please DM with any questions. I look forward to seeing you in the forest!
