About the presenters:
Chris and Karissa have been life-long partners in exploring a conscious mother-daughter relationship, although they didn’t start calling it that until recently. They have been best friends for 36 years and are constantly inspired by one another. They are both lovers, teachers, students, daughters, aunts, sisters, travelers, explorers, musicians, goddesses and fearless communicators and are excited to try new things and make mistakes. Chris has always been Karissa’s role model and has been a constant source of inspiration for her positive attitude, carefree spirit and willingness to not sweat the small stuff. The Seattle-native mother-daughter team are inspired to present this workshop to all women and hope each relationship can grow with more intentional connection, gratitude, communication and love.
