Celebrating Local Foods cooking class - dinner

Event Details

The Celebrating Local Foods class will feature techniques for the preparation of heart-healthy bison burgers and veggie burgers. These sliders will be complemented with local cheeses and Tricia’s recipes for Ohio-made sauces. Brussels sprouts tossed with Ohio maple syrup make a perfect side dish for this springtime meal. For dessert, Tricia will demonstrate how to make a light and fluffy Rhubarb Fool. While learning and socializing, participants can sip on JC's Sweet Tea and a sparkling lemon verbena drink Tricia will be mixing up. Following the class, participants are invited to tour Celebrate Local, the Easton store featuring many of the local foods included in Tricia’s recipes.
