Event description

Description

We have come a long way. More women are moving into leadership positions. We need to celebrate, get inspired and connect to help empower more women at all levels to lead well.

Join us on 6 March:

Meet other like-minded leaders and hear from leading business, community and academic leaders.

Gain a deeper understanding of workplace strategies that can help women lead well.

Celebrate and be a part of a world-wide movement to empower more healthy female leadership at all levels.

We’ll discuss:

Addressing the super women syndrome to better lead personally and professionally.

Moving from diversity to more intentional inclusion for all women in the workplace.

And you’ll have a chance to add your voice to the conversation. Get some pampering. Enjoy some food and beverages and have a chance to win some gifts to support your health and wellbeing from HeadSpace, GW4W, Eminence Organic Cosmetics and other organizations that believe in the helping women lead well.

For true gender equity, we need to recognize how our health and wellbeing is connected to our ability to lead and how those issues impact how we are seen as leaders. There is more that needs to be done. And we can accelerate positive change by doing more good together, helping women use their voice, and bridging the gap between women and men so that both can be at their best.
