Not an artist? Not a problem!

This is a fun and easy painting technique. You'll be amazed at what you can create! Every one will have the opportunity to create their own 10" X 10" painting to take home after a guided meditation.

This event will incorporate a meditation to create an intentional abstract art piece.

We will start by celebrating our beautiful mother’s starting with a talking circle, where you can share about your mom/self. We will continue a meditation centered in transformation followed by the butterfly inspired acrylic pour!

I will envite those that want to get started to pick the colors for their butterfly. The acrylic pour will be done 5 people at a time until everyone has the chance to create their own piece.

Simultaneously we will have a musical circle for everyone to be part of as others are creating their painting. Please feel welcomed to bring instruments, you may also share uplifting songs. At the end I will invite people to speak on their intention and experience of the activity.

You will create your art vision under the guidance and instruction of artist Vania.

All art materials will be provided for. As well as a few instruments. You are encouraged to bring your own instrument!
