Join us February 24th, at Nelson Chiropractic & Pilates Center, to Celebrate Galentines Day. As women, we nuture, care, persevere and manage our daily lives, kids, spouses, family, work and friends each and every minute of the day. As we celebrate Galentine's Day, we want to remind ourselves to love and appreciate our body, mind and spirit. This workshop will focus on daily self care tips and education specifically related to a women's body. Speakers will include a Family Medicine Physician, Doctor of Naturopathy, Dietician Nutritionist, Doctor of Physical Therapy and local Burlington County Teacher of the Year (2012).

  • Have you ever felt tired, bloated or hungry after meals or snacks? This can be frustrating, confusing and something many of us can relate to. During "Finding your Feel Good Foods" Joanna will explain how to recognize your trigger foods as well as empower you to make meals & snacks for optimal blood sugar control. By remembering that we are designed as unique individuals and with the help of practicing mindful & intuitive eating techniques we are able to not only recognize what helps us feel not our best, but also feel great!
