Event description

Description

Celebrate Food for 4th is an afternoon event featuring Independence Day-themed cooking demos and cuisine made with delicious, locally-sourced ingredients to inspire your own holiday party!

This event is hosted by Chef Iverson Brownell and his new company, Fork and Garden, which offers catering for public and private events and cooking classes. Fork and Garden's culinary innovation is inspired by scientific research done through Can Survive Cuisine, which focuses on incorporating ingredients, such as spices, that reduce inflammation and prove that healthy can be tasty!
