Does Your Work Flow? - Jane Noel, CME Websites
3:15pm-4:15pm— CME Websites grew from 4 people to 11 people in a little over a year. We couldn’t have done it without creating a workflow system.
Workflow defines processes (for tasks, projects, communications, time-tracking, etc.) and automates repetitive activities to save time, improve efficiency, and increase productivity. It also ensures good team communication – especially with mobile employees. We don’t use the average out-of-the-box management system, but rather a flexible, scalable, cloud-based tool that can be grown over time to save you time, money – and stress!
Come hear our workflow story and learn how it could help you too.
