Join the Alamo Council of the Navy League of the United States for this inaugural CAM event - a tribute to the men and women who serve in the nation's Sea Services. The Navy League of the United States was founded in 1902 and is comprised of 43,000 civilians in more than 245 councils around the world working to support sea service members and their families. The Navy League has three missions: to enhance the morale of active duty personnel and their families; to inform Congress and the American public on the importance of strong sea services; and to support youth through programs such as the Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Junior ROTC and Young Marines who expose young people to the values of our sea services.
Our guest speaker is VADM John Bird, USN (Ret), Senior Vice President Military Affairs at USAA
A buffet breakfast of juice, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, hashbrowns, cheese grits, biscuits and fruit will be served.
