CEIBS are delighted to invite you the annual Alumni Reunion for Europe!

The reunion weekend will take place from 28-30 September in Berlin and will be two days of knowledge sharing, learning, culture and fun. The alumni community in Europe is rapidly growing and we encourage you all to play a part in it as CEIBS continues to grow. We would like to see as many of you there as possible.

WORKSHOP 1: Transformation and Leadership by Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Özdemir
Working on the change management, leadership and psychological aspects of Digital Transformation. What is the role of the leader in the digital transformation process? What competencies are needed? Discover new approaches to learning and teaching in the digital age, how to involve and communicate digital transformation processes to employees and teams with best practice examples.

WORKSHOP 2: Cooperation of start-up’s and corporates by Prof. Dr. Dr. Thomas Schildhauer
What are the challenges and success factors in cooperation between start-up’s and corporates? This workshop will explore the start-up culture and how partnerships between corporates and start-ups that secure growth and innovation can be established – challenges, shared visions and goals, the role of management, shared accelerators.

** WORKSHOP FULL** WORKSHOP 3: Personal Transformation by Jörg Reckhenrich
Working with artworks that reflect leadership aspects, in combination with the theoretical strength approach of positive psychology, this workshop will address leadership strength and qualities, which need to be in place for transformative situations.

Costs:
There is no cover charge to attend the alumni reunion, it is a free event.
What is covered:
- Drinks reception on Friday night including food and entertainment.
- Lunch and dinner on Saturday as well as refreshments throughout the day.
- Optional bicycle tour on Sunday.
What is not covered:
- Travel to and from Berlin.
- We will arrange travel from a central location to and from the Umweltforum on Saturday and to the river cruise departure on Saturday evening. Other than this, alumni will be required to cover costs of travel around Berlin over the weekend.
- Accommodation.

CEIBS family and +1’s

Due to the type of activity over the weekend, the reunion is for alumni only. However, we appreciate that spending a precious weekend away from your family can be a difficult sacrifice.

If you choose to bring your family to Berlin:
• A Berlin activity recommendation sheet will be provided with top places for your family to visit while you are tied up with alumni responsibilities!
• During registration you can opt out of the workshops if you would prefer to spend the Saturday afternoon with your family
• Your family can participate in the Berlin city cycling tour on Sunday, cost-free
The Friday welcome reception, Saturday content session and Saturday dinner would remain for alumni only.

There are plenty of hotels to suit all budgets in Berlin, but we recommend booking sooner rather than later.
