We look forward to your attendance at the all-day annual member meeting. Come gather with fellow members, hear about the latest Council activity and plans for the coming year, discuss policy trends and other items of interest to the efficiency industry in California, participate in thought-provoking break-out sessions and hear from leading speakers on topics relevant to your business in the upcoming year.
Reception and Dinner Celebration: 5:30PM - 10:00PM (Open to all)
The Efficiency Council is excited to bring together our state's energy efficiency community in celebration of the Council's successes over the past year and future endeavors. Continuing on at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel, the evening will begin with a cocktail reception followed by a dinner featuring a keynote speech. All are welcome at the evening Reception and Dinner Celebration. Representatives of non-member companies and other individuals interested in supporting energy efficiency are encouraged to attend. Also, please feel free to invite spouses/guests.

Members are allowed 2 free admission tickets to the daytime Member Meeting; any additional tickets are $50 per person. Only Efficiency Council members may attend.
Reception and Dinner Celebration
All are welcome at the evening dinner celebration, including spouses and other guests. Representatives of companies that are prospective members, as well as any individuals interested in supporting energy efficiency, are encouraged to attend. Registration is $125 per attendee ($100 for government/non-profit/student).

Cancellation, Refunds and Transferability
Cancellations must be received via email by October 25, 2013 and will be subject to a 10% processing fee. Unfortunately, if a cancellation is received on or after October 25th, we will be unable to provide a refund. All cancellations and refunds will be processed after the event.
Registrations are transferable; contact the Efficiency Council via email to arrange registration transfer.
The Sir Francis Drake Hotel is centrally located in the Union Square area of San Francisco. The hotel is a easily reached by a four-block walk from the Powell BART Station. For those members who will be traveling from out-of-town or who may wish to book an overnight stay, the Efficiency Council has negotiated a significantly discounted rate of $349 per night for our members at the event venue, the Sir Francis Drake Hotel.

When speaking with Albert, please request the California Energy Efficiency Industry Council rate in order to ensure that you are charged properly. The rate is guaranteed for either (or both) Tuesday, October 29th and Wednesday, October 30th.
