Learn all about artful mousse cakes and tarts from one of the most creative female pastry chefs in France!

Demonstration Master Class with Cécile Moritel in Torrance, CA, June 12 - 15, in the kitchen of the Bakon USA corporation.

After graduating with a Master Degree in Fashion and Creative Arts, Cécile started her career as an artist and stylist in the fashion creation business.
A few years ago, she began to link her creations with the sweet memories of her childhood years, filled with gourmet cuisine and family pastry. And then came the time when she decided to go further into the passion.
Cécile went back to school, learning from the techniques and secrets in Master Classes of famous pastry chefs like​ Pascal Caffet, Dan Bessoudo and Jean-Michel Perruchon. And soon, her talent and hard work made her win numerous contests and awards. She was ready to become a Master Chef herself.
In 2015, Cécile created the Professional Training Center “Créations by Cécile”, based near Nîmes, in the south of France. She quickly earned a worldwide reputation in Pastry Creation, Coaching and Consulting. She has partnerships with some of the most famous brands and travels around the world doing Master Class, Demo Shows, In-house Training for professionals and Workshops for fans.

Techniques that you will learnduring the course:
• various kinds of biscuits, mousses, fillings;
• ways of assembling cakes in rings and in forms, as well as all the nuances of this work;
• Different types of coatings and decorations.

What to Wear

All students are required to wear a chef’s jacket, long black or khaki pants, and kitchen-safe shoes (closed-toe, non-skid, no lace-ups).

What will be Provided

All tools, equipment, and ingredients will be provided. Students will receive a full recipe book. Students will receive a certificate upon completion of the class. Lunches are included in the price of the class.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Full payment is required at registration to secure your place in the class. Unless paying by cash or credit card, registration will not be confirmed until payment clears. This is applicable for checks, money orders, and other payment methods.

Cancellation Policy:

A full refund will be issued up to 30 days prior to the class start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 30 days prior to class start. If you choose, you can exchange your refund amount for a credit that can be applied to the cost of another class within one year of cancellation. You must call or email if you choose to receive a credit. If the credit does not fully cover the cost of the new class, the student will be responsible for paying the difference.
