This CEU will be provided as a Live and Interactive Webinar. All participants will receive a link to join the webinar.

The State Board of Behavioral Health of Oklahoma voted to allow any previously approved CEU’s to automatically be approved for face-to-face and technology-assisted CEU's during the duration of Executive Order 2020-07 for LPCs and LMFTs.

As a Live Webinar, this seminar will serve as Category 1 credit for all LCSWs iin Oklahoma.

3 Ethics CE Credits

When treating the bereaved many ethical questions can arise. This workshop will address a multitude of concerns including assessment and treatment, multicultural considerations, differences between grief and depression, and therapeutic techniques for use with bereaved clients.

  • Become familiar with common reactions to grief 
  • Understand the difference between grief and depression
  • Identify life losses that impact older adults
  • Learn therapeutic techniques that encourage expression of feelings and memorialization
