Event description

Description

The CDC Worksite Health Scorecard is a free tool designed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help employers assess whether they have implemented evidence-based healthy worksite strategies to prevent heart disease, stroke, and related conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity.

Summit County Public Health is offering a FREE two-hour workshop designed to help you complete the CDC Worksite Health Scorecard for your organization. Our staff will take you through the process of completing the ScoreCard. After completion, you will receive your organization's results which can be utilized to track improvements over time. Our staff will also provide local resources to assist you in improving your score. This is a great opportunity to get technical assistance and answers to any questions you may have.

There will be two time slots available on November 16, 2018, from 9 – 11 am and 1 – 3 pm. The workshop is free, but space is limited and registration is required. Sign up soon!
