The CD Summit & Jenkins Days Austin focuses on continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) as the fundamental best practice for enterprise software delivery. The event is designed for Enterprise Managers and Buyers along with Developers, Engineers, Sys Admins, Architects. With two main tracks focused on IT managers and Jenkins practitioners, attendees will get access to the best minds in CD and DevOps. The presenters are experienced developers, build managers, QA, DevOps practitioners, IT managers/executives, architects and IT operations who are luminaries within the DevOps community. They represent the many organizations around the country that are leveraging the use of CD within the software delivery lifecycle.

Wednesday, November 16   9am - 4pm

When registering for Workshops OR the Workshop & CD Summit 2 Day Pass you'll choose from the following:

1) Jenkins Users Workshop hosted by CloudBees

9:00am - 3:00pm Sessions with 12:30-1:00pm Lunch

Workshop includes the following THREE elements: The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Jenkins Users (1 hour), Let's Build a Jenkins Pipeline! (2 hours) & The DevOps 2.0 Toolkit Workshop (3 hours)

2) Essential DevOps Workshop
8:30am - 12:30pm with 12:30pm - 1:00pm Lunch
Essential DevOps is a half day interactive workshop that provides a detailed overview of DevOps including cultural, automation and emerging practices that are delivering real business value in real organizations.   The session will also look at how DevOps leverages existing frameworks such as Agile, Lean and ITSM to increase the delivery pipeline.  To continue their DevOps knowledge journey, attendees will receive a voucher code to take the entire DevOps Foundation certification eLearning course for $199 (a $499 value).

3) DevOps Transformation Workshop hosted by IBM    
1:00 - 4:00pm with 12:30pm - 1:00pm Lunch
Value stream mapping is a technique that can be used to enable a DevOps transformation. It allows you to see where the bottlenecks and inefficiencies are in your delivery pipeline. In this collaborative workshop session, you will learn how to develop a value stream map of your delivery pipeline, identify obstacles across it, target DevOps practices that address your specific needs and develop a pragmatic approach to get started.

Paid parking is available at the Austin Convention Center.
