Description

Grab your partner and join us for a chance to showcase your skills! The magnificent community at Circle City Martial Arts and Fitness invites you to join us for a day full of fun, fitness, and competition! This partner competition is perfect for Beginner and Intermediate athletes.

We have Scaled and RX divisions.

Format: 3 WODs + Final championship WOD

-At least 1 person on your team must be able to perform the movements in the given WOD. Break up as needed. All bets are off for the finals.
-The final 4 teams in each category will compete in a final event. Prizes will be awarded to the top winners. Scoring will be cumulative. Participants will receive a competition shirt and other goodies from our sponsors.
