HUD Approved Housing Counseling

We strongly encourage homeowners to meet with HUD approved housing counselors. Housing counselors can provide an independent determination as to whether you may qualify for a loan modification and other assistance programs. Additionally, housing counselors can assist you in preparing and submitting a loan modification application.  If you have a foreclosure sale scheduled in the next 21 days, it is very important that you contact a HUD approved housing counselor as soon as possible.  HUD approved housing counseling is free for all homeowners.
