CCIF 6th Annual Kickoff Forum: Meeting & Exceeding Customer Expectations
Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (CST)
CCIF invites you to join us in Austin for our 6th Annual Kickoff Forum on an exciting topic in the electric sector . . . Meeting & Exceeding Customer Expectations.
Agenda. The final agenda is available here.
Registrants. The registration list is available here.
Hotel Accommodations. All registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations, including any additional nights to attend the forum. Please be advised that to secure rooms at the JW Marriott Austin at the NARUC conference rate, you must be registered for the NARUC Annual Meeting.
Stipends. EEI is offering a limited number of stipends to participating state commissioners and consumer advocates for a 1-night credit at the JW Marriott Austin at the NARUC conference rate (or reimbursement for 1 night at an equal or lower rate at another hotel). Please indicate interest in a stipend during registration, and eligibility will be confirmed soon thereafter.
Is there a registration fee?
No, there are no registration fees or other charges to attend the CCIF event, but registration with CCIF is required. Please register by November 2, 2015.
Do I need to bring my printed ticket (received following CCIF event registration) to the forum?
No, the printed ticket is just for your convenience.
When will I receive an agenda and other materials?
The final agenda is available here and will be sent to all registrants in advance of the forum. A name badge and program including the final agenda, speaker bios, and registrant list will be made available at the forum registration desk upon sign in.
What is the appropriate attire?
While we have no set dress code for CCIF, participants’ attire typically ranges from business casual to business based on preference, weather, travel, etc. Please remember that meeting rooms tend to be cold, and photos may be taken (for CCIF reports, materials, website, etc.).
Please provide more info about the stipends for participating state commissioners & consumer advocates.
The Edison Electric Institute (EEI) is offering a limited number of 1-night hotel stipends to state commissioners and consumer advocates who participate in the November 7th forum. If eligible, please indicate your interest during the registration process, and your eligibility will be confirmed by separate email. For those stipend recipients staying at the JW Marriott Austin, you'll receive a credit on your final hotel bill for 1 night at the NARUC conference rate and applicable tax. Please note that this in no way diminishes the need for you to make your own reservations with the hotel for the total number of nights for which you need accommodations. If not staying at the JW Marriott Austin, stipend recipients may be reimbursed for 1 night (anything up to the NARUC conference rate plus tax) at another hotel with a receipt submitted after the fact.
