Join the Canadian Culinary Federation, The World Association of Chefs Society (WACS) and the American Culinary Federation (ACF) June 10 to 16. The 2011 Conference will see 500 plus delegates. CCFCC 2011 has support from Tourism Vancouver, the BC Hotel Association, BC Hospitality Foundation, Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association, Chefs' Table Society, and culinary arts schools and institutions across Canada. Combined attendees and associations bring the marketing reach to over 250,000 in British Columbia, over 1/2 million contacts worldwide. The 2011 Conference has a mandate of green, sustainability, education, inclusiveness, junior and senior edification and transfer of knowledge, as well as a trade and retail component.
