CCA's December OUT in the Community Service Project
Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (PST)
Baton Rouge, LA
Would you like to help spread some HOLIDAY CHEER this season? Join CCA and Family Services of Greater Baton Rouge as we collect donations for children affected by HIV/AIDS. We will be accepting unwrapped toys, new clothing and shoes(sizes can be provided), and monetary donations for 6 wonderful kids this year.
On December 7, 2013, Join us at the CCA Office located at 340 Florida Street in Baton Rouge starting at 9:00 AM to collect donations and wrap the gifts that are received. If you are unable to donate a gift or a monetary donation, please feel free to join us in wrapping and sorting the gifts that are donated. ***Please do not wrap any gifts beforehand, as we have to keep track of donations made and signify which child they are intended for***
Don’t have time to get a gift? Please consider making a monetary donation! Monetary donations are VERY beneficial for us to ensure that all of the children receive a fair amount of gifts this season. ALL monetary donations will go toward clothing, shoes and toys for the children.
We ask that anyone wanting more details on the demographics of the children, how to donate (especially if you can’t make it on December 7th), how to volunteer, and any other questions you may have, please email Kayla Mulford at firstname.lastname@example.org in addition to your RSVP on Facebook.
